Inauguration of the First Phase of Lorestan University's Zoology Museum with the Presence of the University President

The first phase of Lorestan University's Zoology Museum, the final design of which is a garden-museum, was inaugurated with the presence of the university's president.
According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, on Tuesday, March 12th of this year, with the presence of Dr. Ali Nazari, President of Lorestan University, Hojjatoleslam Dr. Majid Moeidi, Head of the Supreme Leader's Representative Office in Lorestan University, Dr. Mostafa Karampour, Vice President for Research and Technology of Lorestan University, Dr. Ali Mir, Vice President for Education and Graduate Studies of Lorestan University, Dr. Gholamhossein Hosseini, Head of the Basij Organization of Professors of Lorestan Province, Dr. Ali Nouri, Director of the Lorestan Studies Center of Lorestan University, Nahid Sharafi, Director of the Central Library of this university, Dr. Ali Gholamifard, Director of the mentioned museum, Dr. Ali Farmani, Head of the Central Laboratory of Lorestan University, Hossein Sohrabi, Advisor to the President of Lorestan University on Veterans Affairs, and some faculty members of this university, the first phase of this museum, located in the Central Library building of Lorestan University, which will ultimately be a garden-museum, was inaugurated.
In this ceremony, the President of Lorestan University, in a short speech, explained that the creation of such infrastructure is in line with paying more attention to the scientific, research, and investigative capacities and potentials of Lorestan University.
In this ceremony, Dr. Gholamifard explained that valuable animal specimens will be kept in this museum.
He explained that with the good measures that have been taken to plant seedlings in the land next to the Central Library of Lorestan University, in the future, we will witness a garden in this area, which can dedicate a part of this garden to the project.
Dr. Gholamifard stated: "Currently, the first phase of this project is located on the ground floor of the Central Library of Lorestan University, and it is appropriate to thank the respected President of Lorestan University, the respected Vice President for Research and Technology of Lorestan University, and the respected management of the Central Library of the University for their cooperation."
He stated: "The final vision is to strengthen the culture of environmental protection; in this regard, if the final plan is realized, the mentioned garden and museum will also have tourism and revenue-generating capacity for the university."
The museum director stated: "The museum will also have an effective application for students in the research and investigations section, which is in favor of strengthening the scientific, research, and investigative infrastructure of the university."
